Quoting bug Aug. 2, 2009 at 12:19am by Neodymie — Firefox 3.5.5 on Windows NT 6.1
This is I think only the second time this has happened to me and it's been a while since the first but when I try to quote a person it actually quotes the person below them. This is the topic I had it happen in: http://www.golivewire.com/forums/peer-ytayeai-support-a.html I tried to quote Everlongx and it quotes Jsgirl instead. |

The pins on fresh topics won't work in private browsing. Aug. 1, 2009 at 2:08am by Seanee — Internet Explorer 7.0 on Windows XP
On IE. I think this is not supposed to work, as Internet Explorer doesn't save anything and I don't know how it's done. Just thought I would point out! |

PMs: View Previous FIXED July 30, 2009 at 6:02pm by noraa — Firefox 3.5.5 on Mac OS X
When I view previous messages in PMs, it shows me the new member signup page instead of any previous messages, and also there isn't any hide previous messages button. Replies can still be sent on the page, though. I know it's not just my computer, because I've gone on on two different ones and it's done the same thing. |

Can't access pages for uploading images or avatars. FIXED July 29, 2009 at 1:39am by sca —
I've just joined. I get a splashpage outlining an "Internal Server Error" whenever I attempt to follow the "Set Your Avatar" or "Upload Photos" links. I also cannot view other member's albums. I.e. "Set Your Avatar (Personal Image)": http://img.golivewire.com/forums/avatargallery.cgi?x=5611612418999741 Is there just maintenance being done which has brought down these features temporarily? |

Almost all of the topics in there are locked, and not a single one of them is showing up as so. There's also a sticky that's still showing up as a normal topic. |

Anonymous topic checkbox on topic creation is NOT working. July 26, 2009 at 11:52pm by First Bank of LW — Internet Explorer 8.0 on Windows XP
When I check the box to "make this topic anonymous", it prompts me if I am sure. I select yes, then proceed to make the topic. It is not anonymous. This could be a critical issue! I believe it has something to do with that fact that I have no mark as anonymous credits. Why does the anonymous box even appear if it is not going to work? |

site doesn't work. July 21, 2009 at 7:32am by Cum Goblin — Safari 531.9 on Mac OS X
This has been going on for like a year. it's a pain in the ass. If whatever is connecting to LW (computer, ipod, iphone, etc) experiences a sudden loss of internet connection (hitting the power button on ipod, putting computer to sleep, wifi gets turned off, wifi stops working, etc), LW won't work for like.. the rest of the day. After regaining internet, LW's homepage looks like this, and all the subpages (other than the messenger) look like this, which isn't a standard error.. it only comes up on LW. And before you ask, I have no idea what hsmisa.com... I figured that was a company that hosted LW, but apparently not. The messenger and uploading to the image basket always works though... are they on a different server? Anyway, when this happens, it only affects whichever URL you were using at the time of the error (ie if golivewire.com doesn't work, golivewire.net still will). Also, the problematic site will load if I go through a proxy server. It happens on my iPod, different computers, IE7/8, Firefox 2/3/3.5, Chrome 1/2/3b. It happens on XP, Vista and 7. And if all 3 (.net, .org, .com) have the problem, i'll use showmember.com or one of those, but then when I go to the messenger it automatically redirects me to golivewire.com. which is annoying. i think that's everything... |

"search" stops functioning June 30, 2009 at 4:19pm by hithere — Firefox 3.5.5 on Windows Vista
if you type something in the search bar and then click "show membername" it will take you to that membername. then, if you hit the back button and type in anything in the search bar and click "search livewire", it will attempt to take you to a membername instead of searching livewire. |

Quoting June 29, 2009 at 9:58am by kay dee — Internet Explorer 8.0 on Windows XP
When I try to quote certain members in some of my topics, it quotes an entirely different post. I can't quote them at all, and it's like it just chooses another random member to quote. |

The slim shady virus June 14, 2009 at 9:39pm by Slim Shady — Firefox 3.5.2 on Windows Vista
I wouldn't really call this a bug but maybe 1 out of 5 of my posts that I post this will pop up. Specific Reason: We noticed you already made a post like this. Perhaps you hit the submit button twice? But the post still goes through and posts. I'm not sure if it's just me that it has been happening to everyone. |

I don't know if this is just for me, or for all users, but the Fresh Topics bar is not showing what topics I have and have not viewed, they are staying continuously green whether I have viewed the topic or not. It is only doing this in the Fresh Topics side bar, on multiple browsers. |

Days Active. June 11, 2009 at 5:37am by roflfuckyou — Firefox 3.0.15 on Windows Vista
I just want to point out that my days active has been 319 for the last week or so, and I have been online every day. I should have lost my new tag about a week or so ago. I've heard other people have had this problem before. I'm not quite sure if there is anything you can do about it, but I thought I'd report it anyhow. Edit: It's been 5 days since this report, and I've only gone up 3 days active while still having 100% on my "visited LiveWire" thing. |

Just set my email address to my college email address, and it's still asking me to change it to that when I enter dormwire to set RU as my school. Might want to fix that. |
