Subject: Could I still be pregnant?
Ok , I'm 17 years old and I slept with my bf. We used a condom and everything was okay with it.
But I heard there can be a little fluid before mans ejaculation that can contain sperm...And yes, I felt it before he put the condom on, but I can't remember where did it end up...So I used a pill '' for a morning after''...Could I still be pregnant? Have in mind that he didin't cum.
Please help me I am very anxious.

Hi Hun!
Yes you could still be pregnant however this is EXTREMELY unlikely.  The fluid your referring to is called pre cum and yes this may cause pregnancy but it's very unlikely. Considering you used a condom AND the morning after pill I'd say your safe and you don't have to worry. However, to be on the safe side, why don't you buy a pregnancy test or see a doctor? This way you can find out for sure and put your worries to rest. Try and calm down though, your most likely worrying over nothing. Take care! xx

Hi there.

That initial excretion is popular coined the "pre-cum." I take it you were not using a condom for the beginning part of your sexual intercourse from what you're describing; before he put the condom on.

As far as I'm aware, yes there is a tiny tiny small chance that it can allow fertilisation to occur but it's very unlikely and you'd be ultimately unfortunate to ever become pregnant from the "pre-cum." Especially considering you used the morning after pill.

Which if you used correctly, should inhibit any fertilisation occurring from normal semen, let alone the pre-cum which is released in a smaller amount and with less concentration of sperm (as far as I'm aware.)

I would recommend resting your anxieties considering you have taken the morning after pill.

I hope this helps.
