Hi there.

It's a bit hard for us to help you when you don't really give specifics. What exactly is making you depressed?

Anything is possible, dear. It's a matter of putting forth the effort to make things possible. If you don't try, how can you expect to get anywhere or make improvements in your life?

Have you ever thought about what would happen if you actually were to commit suicide? Have you thought about how the people close to you would feel? No problem is unsolvable. Life is never hopeless. Suicide is never the answer to your problems. Think of all the good things in life. Think of all the things that make you happy. Try not to be pessimistic. Hold your head high. Telling yourself that you're hopeless will only worsen your condition.

You need to talk to someone about your depression. What about parents? Or friends?

You should probably also see a therapist. They are professionals. They know all about depression and are experienced in treating it. There's absolutely no reason not to go see a therapist. They are usually very effective in treating depression; however, if you feel that you aren't making any improvements, then consider antidepressants.

Good luck. I hope things get better for you,
Justin

Hey.

The first thing you should probably do is let your parents and possibly some trustworthy friends of yours know that your not feeling completely optimistic.

Next up, I would advise you go to a doctor. If you haven't gone to a doc already about your depression, he'll probably prescribe you some antidepressants which I'm sure make you feel a lot better. This is an important step.

Next, if you still feel depressed, you should take a trip to a counselor. A counselor will help out A LOT. They are people who you can trust and are able to help you solve your emotional problems. This is a must-do if the depressants don't seem to be doing it for you and are still feeling depressed after a period of time.

Hope this has helped.

_Justin
