How do I browse privately?
If you're the type of member who treasures his or her privacy, private browsing is definitely for you! While it will not hide whether or not you're currently online, it will hide what you're specifically doing (showing "Browsing Privately" instead). However, before you will have the ability to browse privately around LiveWire, you must become a LiveWire Sustainer by donating.
Once I've donated, how can I browse privately?
Once your account has been credited with a donation, please follow these steps:
- Click on the "My Account" link located on your sidebar (far left/right of your screen).
- Next, click on the "Appearance" tab located near the top of the screen.
- Once there, there will be a "Private Browsing" menu, where you can choose to browse privately.
- To quickly access the page, simply click here.
Note: Moderators are rewarded with the ability browse privately even without having Sustainer Status.
