Why can I not check my LiveWire private messages?
LiveWire currently operates on two different servers, each having different jobs and housing different operations. One of those servers house the images, whiteboards, groups, the inbox, etc..
At times, this server experiences downtime and connectivity problems. When this happens, various features around LiveWire will be unable to be used. The inbox is one of those features.
Is there an alternative method to check my inbox?
Thankfully, your inbox is also stored on the main LiveWire server! In the event that the second server has connectivity issues with your inbox, you can still gain access to your entire inbox by clicking here!
