How do I verify my email address?
To verify your email address, please follow these steps:
- Click on the "My Account" link located on your sidebar (far left/right of your screen).
- Next, click on the "Verify Email Address" link located at the far right.
- Once clicked, an email will be sent directly to the email you used to sign up with. Click on the URL that is given inside the email to complete verification.
- If you fail to receive the email, check your Junkmail folder.
I've checked my Junkmail folder but I still am not getting th verification email, why?
If you've checked your Junkmail folder and you're still having trouble verifying your address, you may need to sign up using a new email entirely. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Click on the "My Account" link located on your sidebar (far left/right of your screen).
- Next, click on the "Update My Email Address" link located at the far right.
