In the interest of keeping this area spam free, I suggest we have the ability to report suggestions that are spam (such as those asking whether their penis length is acceptable) so that mods can be directed to them and thus remove them more quickly.

After we vote in a poll, redirect us to the proper thread URL using a Location: header so we can reload properly.

It would be just lovely if we could quick message the person who opened the report directly from the misconduct reports page.  It could say something along the lines of "This message pertains to your report on [inmember]"

It would be rather useful with things like reports on messenger abuse where telling the reporter to block that specific member is often the best course of action, or if more information needs to be garnered.

After voting on a new idea link back to that place on the page, shouldn't have to scroll back down again.

So it's not annoying when you go to topic only to find an annoying YouTube flick.

We should be able to upload more than one picture at a time, like on photobucket. Uploading one pic after one pic takes too much time and is very frustrating.

This kind of thing encourages high quantity + low quality

Ehelp should be about replying because you want to, not to look good or gain points

When reporting a post, sometimes it is hard to distinguish what category of rule breaking it goes into.

Maybe add a few more or an option of 'other' so the explanation is more general.

I see that some closed accounts still have the "Website" icon and the "AIM" icon, or links to their websites on the signature.
I feel like it's not safe to have that kind of information still exposed on the internet after the account is closed.
Some people forget to take that information off before closing and account.

We don't need members to have the option to post anon. It's the Internet. Who really cares what other people post about?

And to be honest, the anonymous feature is abused way to much anyways.

Perhaps the anonymous feature can be used by members blue bar or higher?

AND ALSO, if members want to post  anonymous then use your alternate account. Each member can have up to 2 accounts at the same time.

It seems like a lot of topics are made about a youtube video, but how many people actually watch or listen to them?
It would be cool if you could click on the video and listen to it while browsing other pages, if this is even possible. That way more people would listen and watch them.

After submitting an eHelp the author is given the opportunity to provide written feedback, but some of our new members see this written feedback as a chance to elaborate on what said support leader has written in response to their eHelp.

However if the person has posted the eHelp anonymously they write the feedback trying to continue the conversation, however because they are anonymous we can't keep the conversation going.

So in short, I would love to see a feature where we could discuss further with the member (even if anon) after giving our support in the reply.

It would be sweet to be able to filter them with, "Most Agrees" so we could see what the most popular ideas are--or "Most Popular", "Most Votes", etc.

Well not totally, there could still be a few college 'support' forums but given the low traffic I don't see how an entire division is necessary....

Some warning would be nice before my groups are deleted due to inactivity.

It'd be a good idea to make sure that mod candidates have a feel for the way social interactions go around the forums, you know, so they don't do stupid shit out of context.

When posting a topic with a Youtube video, one should be able to just press a button and insert the link for the video. I think this would make things a lot easier and prevent people from posting videos the wrong way.

It'd increase the amount of diversity of thought in the World News forum, it'd allow people to see the news that's important to them, and it'd get AlterNet, The New Republic, and other mockeries of journalism off of my LiveWire.

When you delete a post in the group it does not send a message to the person who made the post.I think when you delete a post in the group it should send a automatic message saying it was deleted.
