We have finaly come to a conclusion and have a winner waiting after a long week...

We gathered over 2400 points to give away to the winner!

Before I anounce the winner I would like to explain exactly how I chose the winner so noone
is confused about how I decided the final winner.

First, through the whole process I had two helpfull text documents which helped me keep up
with how many points people donated and how many tickets they purchased - which was put in
the 'lottery' file, and in the 'draw' file I pasted that persons name down however many
times they bought tickets (300 tickets= 300 names down) which is now being used to anounce
the winner.

And for those who purchased the mystery tickets - I used a random number generator to keep
up with how many tickets you got for your mystery ticket.

So anyways, I opened up the draw filer which had over 1800 names listed and this is a quick
screenshot of it before it was mixed up.

Then I used this mixer to mix up all the names so they are in no specific order.

And finaly I decided the final winner using random.org 's random number generator.

And the number ended up being: 165

Who was in column 165?

Congratulations on winning 2418 livewire points!

They will be transfered to you within a couple of hours!

I would like to thank everyone for participating, and everyone who didn't and hopefully you can next time - and hopefully it added a bit of excitment.

Next lottery: In 2 weeks times.

Livewire Lottery

CURRENT JACKPOT: 2418 points.

What the hell are you on about?
The Livewire Lottery is simply that - a lottery game. You simply buy as many tickets as you like and the winner of the random lottery will win all of the points when the contest ends.

Interesting, so how do I enter?
Simply look below for the cost of a single ticket, or a pack of tickets then donate the given amount of points to lostwitness who will keep track of everything and in the end give it all away to one single lucky winner.

Cost:
One Ticket: 5 points
Five tickets: 15 points
Ten Tickets: 25 points
Twenty tickets: 40 points
Fifty Tickets: 70 points
One Hundred tickets: 120 points
Mystery Ticket: 26 points - You will receive a random number of tickets between 1-40 for this one, it will be messaged to you...

How will this be 'random'?
I will take everyone who entered and put all the names on the computer, and i'll use a random number generator to choose the winner. (If you buy multiple tickets you will obviously get your name on the list more than once.) and that person will be declared the winner.

The purpose of this is...?
No purpose other than to add a quick piece of fun and gambling and let someone win a shitload of points.

Ending Date: This competition has ended

Good luck!

You don't have any reward points anyways, so it doesn't matter... you can't.

I kinda wish I had thought of this first just so I could never give away the points in the end, not that I particularly care about points but just to be an asshole.

The jackpot is updated as well as tickets are purchased so you know how much points will be given in the end.
