there not big whiteheads like small ones but i think its like acne but i dont wanna go doctors.is there any treastment with out going doctors

wash ya face in the shower. Wipe it down with a wet towel (push hard) then put your face under the hot water (not boiling). The burning is a good thing. I do it myself

If they're little and bugging you, then just pop them. Make sure to get the whole white head out though, and then rub a small dab of antibiotic cream on them(neosporin).

I have that too.. i use tweezers.. it won't take them off completely but it does work. ^_^

The best way to combat acne is to wash your face two or three times a day with a face cream (look out for creams that contain benzoyl peroxide - it'll say on the packet), or regular soap if you can't get any face cream. Massage it into the skin, wash it with warm water and then rinse it with cooler water. Don't scrub too hard when you're washing, gently does it. Be sure to keep up a good routine about your face-washing. Wash once in the morning, once when you get in from school and then again before you go to bed.
