Can I get pregnant from?...

Penetrative sex without a condom or birth control? Of course. This is a sure fire way to get pregnant.
Pentrative sex with a condom, but without birth control? Much less likely as you are using a contraceptive. However, there are many things that can occur that could cause the condom to break that are due to human error. So you will need to know how to put on a condom and store it correctly in order to maintain the least chance of pregnancy.
Penetrative sex without a condom, but with birth control? Very unlikely. Birth control is about 98% effective at its job. So using it as a contraceptive is quite safe.
Pentetrative sex with a condom and birth control? Virtually no chance of you becoming pregnant. Best combination if you are going to be having penetrative sex.  

However always keep in mind that no contraceptive whether taken in combination or singularily is ever 100% effective.

Giving oral sex? No. You cannot get pregnant through oral sex, whether you ingest the semen that comes from the ejaculation or not
Recieving oral sex? No. As his mouth in no way stores or ejaculates semen
Giving handjobs? No. Semen only naturally exists in certain enviornments and our normal atmosphere is very deadly for it. Unless you are taking a semen covered hand and rubbing or fingering yourself. Even then becoming pregnant from this is highly, highly unlikely.
Recieving handjobs No. Unless the same rules apply as question above.
Giving anal sex? No. Homosexuals cannot get pregnant. A girl giving anal sex usually comes from a dildo, and that can never get any girl pregnant.
Recieving anal sex? No. Unless the sperm comes in contact with the female genitalia, then there is a once again small chance of fertilization.
Using a sex toy? No. Sex toys are never stored or used around semen and therefore cannot get you pregnant.
Masturbation? No. You cannot impregnate yourself.
Beastiality? No. Different forms of animal semen are incompatible with human eggs.

However, if you are still unsure as to whether you are pregnant or not get a pregnancy test, or goto a qualified doctor to verify for sure.

And to JennyColada: It seems to me that after reading it through, it is missing some information concerning possibilites, and is focused differently. Thats just my opinion however. Perhaps together they might make it better?
