Subject: Holiday Suggestion  
Type the Name of the holiday, The holidays Date and a URL pointing to information about the holiday (preferably a professional website with creditable information).  

BEFORE suggesting a holiday, please check the list below for current holidays.

If you wish to suggest more than one holiday, put them all in one message. I shouldn't be getting more than one suggestion message per member per month!

Please only suggest holidays which you can back-up with e-documentation. Silly holidays such as "International Hug Day" are welcome. Whether or not the holiday will be added to the LW Calendar is at the discretion of the Holiday Manager (ME).

Birthdays and fake holidays made up on the spot will not be added so please DON'T waste my time.    

If and when a holiday which you have suggested is added to the calendar it will appear on the list below which is updated weekly.

2. I'm ashamed that there was a front page for Mother's day... a number of times, but never for Father's day.  Are you particularly partial to your mother?  What about all the people who are partial to their fathers?

2. I suppose so. But more so, I never really hear about father's day as much. It seems that Mother's day is a much bigger event than fathers day where I live. wasn't mother's day first and then father's day was added to be politically correct?
