So I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse both operated by one Receiver. The receiver contains two plugs. a USB and a green mouse port. Both the keyboard and mouse have a 'connect' button underneath the device yet only the mouse works for some odd reason. I just plugged the USB into the back of my computer and it says that the receiver has been installed and stuff, yet I can't get the keyboard to work. However, I accidentally did press the Sleep button and my computer went on standby..so the receiver is catching the signal. Under the Device Manager, I dont have the option to enable the keyboard, but the mouse is automatically enabled. what to do?

Look on the Manufacturer website for specific drivers.

It may be that your BIOS doesn't have USB Keyboard enabled... that happened to me once.
