Well, I'm sure he won't punish you if you go into a topic thats stupid, but not spam and say something about it. But if you just write some sort of spam to go along with it, yu should loose points. I think he's mainly trying to stop the spam outbreaks., that are topics that just say "spam' or "aotheaoejlae" in it. If you reply to them, you obviously know its spam. He wouldn't do it for a stupid, but not spam topic. Take it up with him though to be sure.

Um, I'm pretty sure that if you do not reply, it will actually encourage the creation of more TOPICS.
no. Personally I don't think. Because it'll be easier to sort out, by just banning the topic creator, and deleting the topic. We probably got to wait until the next spamfest to find out though.

But you see, to me, that topic "Literacy is overrated" is spam, but technically it isn't. The OP is just a complete dumbass who needs to be banned for being one.
