If someone is bumps a spam topic, delete the topic, or lock it. People do have the right to post in topics, whether they be nonsense or not, but to spam twenty-something replies is going a little too far. Perhaps the moderators should delete the topics faster so that they do not continue? Deliberate encouragement should be frowned upon, but a simple STFU or two can be warranted. This also allows for a lot of grey area; a lot of this is not too clear on what is a 'malicious poster' and whatnot.
