It's not a font made for LiveWire.  It's the font Chiller which should already be on your computer.

Looks like they were fibbing:

It's a bit difficult to see when it's this small (I can't make it bigger due to the text size limitations of the forum) but if you go into any rich-text editor and type "LiveWire" in Chiller and make it big you can see that it's the font they used.
