I just got a trojan horse and don't know how to get rid of it. Norton anti-virus keeps showing it but it can't fix it, I've tried searching for the file on my comp but it's not there. How do I get rid of it? Also, I tried to get rid of limewire and when I clicked on uninstall, the icon disappeared and the program didn't go away. THey keep telling me there's an error and I should try redownloading limewire but when i reinstall, it doesn't go through cuz there's an error in doing so. What should I do? considering i'm not a computer buff.
