all i can really give you is the general advice given to anyone in your situation, so sorry if it sounds rabbited out...I don't mean it to. Firstly there's talking to someone, it's always the cliched thing to say "talk to someone. it helps" but maybe instead of taking it as the cliche you should try it? there are people out there who can help proffesionally, or a friend/family member who can offer you support on a more personal level. also calling a helpline such as childline (08001111 >> in the UK- if you're in the US I think there are other helplines listed on this site) could help you get some things off your chest?
Also writing your feelings down maybe? Using that as an alternative release to cutting. [As with the rubber band/Ice cube method, but healthier..]
Taking every day as it comes seems like an obvious one too, but really sometimes doing that does help. Try not cutting for one day...and then two days...and such like. Ultimately in the end you have to be ready to stop cutting. If it's become such a regular thing for you, it can sometimes make things worse by just stoppnig altogether one day [of course it can work for some people] But if that doesn't work do just make it a gradual thing...have something to think of every time you want to cut, to try and stop you...
I've rambled for long enough anyway, If you need to chat feel free to message me. Take care xxx
