I am deaf in my left ear, nothing really, I still have a good ear. Plus I stutter badly. Both are nothing to fret about, compared to some of the things others have to deal with.

Social anxiety and starting to get really paranoid lately

So why did I do it? I could offer a million answers, all false.
The truth is that I'm a bad person, but that's going to change.
I'm going to change.

I have an enlarged endolymphatic sac in both ears. Its in the inner ear and causes hearing loss and small fluxuations in balance ability and hearing day by day. If I get hit in the head just right, I could lose more or all of my hearing. It could happen randomly anyway. Stomach problems, insomia, depression, and the most annoying ongoing twitch in my left eye. I also generally have trouble speaking, probably due to the hearing loss.
