So, if you know grammar, you know that when "that" is used as a relative pronoun, it changes to "who" when concerning a human.
Now, having seen my fair share of topics in the Dating & Relationships forum, I'm wondering why we never use it for the common phrase:

"the girl/guy that one likes"

Why does it sound so weird to use "who" there?
...your thoughts?
