when i get stressed i normally bite my hand but it ain't good because I'm left with scars and stuff, but when i stop my self from doing that i like to listen to relaxing music, dance music but chilling at the same time, or i go out with friend's i know make me laugh allot or who I'm close to and have a good time, the problems sure go away after that and i also think that were young we still have our whole life in front of us yet and i can't wait :D

I, honestly, don't do anything for stress.
I just let it build and build..
i have never like "went crazy" on anybody or anything like everybody says it will.
But I just try to ignore everything..
Although. come to think of it, I have blew up on some boyfriends..But that's only cuz I thought they loved me and wouldn't mind..Some did.. some didn't...Anyways..but like I really don't know what to do for stress and stuff..I mean I can't do stuff to take my mind off of..because I SUCK at everything I try or do.
So I don't know.
