THEY BOTH ARE RIGHT, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM TRYING TO DO IT FROM ONE COMPUTER. BUT I THINK THAT SOMETIMES IT CAN JUST BE A SIMPLE GLITCH IN THE SYSTOM. SMETIMES IF YOU TRY SOMETING TWICE THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME CAN BE THE CHARM.
