Does anyone know how to record with this? I cannot figure it out for anything. If someone has an idea and would like to step it for me i would really appreciate it. thanks

just keep playing around with it, read the help manuals
basically you lay down your beat with the percussion voices, then you add melody using either midi input or by clicking and dragging on the ... i forget what its called but its this big graph thing and when you click on it coloured squares come up
