You need to get over it because you can't pick and choose who gets to be in your dormroom. thats why you have RA'S. Stop bitching and complaining about your roommate and go talk to your RA about it. Maybe she can get into another dormroom with somebody else. Its not that hard you know. Its rather simple.

Hmmmm, I'm sorry for your situation.  And yet, I'm quite glad that I haven't been in that bad of a situation before.  

Unforunately, I had a roommate who was really awesome, but then he wanted to move into the freshmen dorm.  I then decided to room with one of my really good friends.  [b]BIG MISTAKE)

1) He'd break my things without apologizing
2) Trade in pokemon / yu-gi-ho (however you spell that) cards
3) Watch cartoons throughout the day (I can understand if it were anime, but it was children's shows)
4) He'd mumble to himself really weird things
5) He'd eat my food without asking / compensating
6) He would constantly be playing games on my t.v
7) He dug around in my personal space!

I'm quite thankful for not having a roommate.  Really.

that sounds like a lot like my current roommate in woman form.  the only thing you left out is that he hates anything gay (without justification).  i like to watch Comedy Central a lot, and sometimes gay jokes come up.  once the word comes up, he automatically says, "being gay is wrong." or "change the channel."  oh yes, and he breathes heavy constantly and he's fucking illiterate and doesn't buy his own cigarettes.
i know what you mean, believe me.

I hate people like that
i remember i had to share a room with this dutch bitch three years ago in france

and she always bitching to me about something.

and it was SOOO HOT at night,that i really wanted to windows open but she wouldnt let me cus ''the traffic was too loud''..so then i wanted the fan on atleast! but she didnt like the noise of the fucking fan either!
so i would turn it on..then 2o mins later she would come over and turn it off,then i would turn it back on again..ugh..!

i hope I never ever have to see her again.
