Last year we found and orange tabby kitten, he ended up wandering off again and we haven't seen him since.

I just saw an orange cat wandering out backyard. He looks like he's in poor condition, like he's been away from home for a while.
It looks like it could be the same cat from last year. He's grown a lot obviously, but he doesn't have the stripes.

Idk. I want to run out there and take him in but I know he's probably got something, and I can't.

Poor thing looks like he can't see properly either.
