Has this happened to you before? If it has, how did you fix it, because it's getting fucking annoying not being able  to breath without a sharp pain going in my stomach and throat.

I'm not sick I dont believe, it happened after I rode my bike for a little while.

it hurts to breathe, laugh, and cough.

It has only ever happened to me when; my allergies/sinuses were acting up severely, I was super sick, I over exercised, or when I was having a panic/anxiety attack.

Perhaps go to the ER just to be safe?

sounds like you're a bit out of shape and overexercised.  lay down drink some water and take a bayer aspirin maybe? If you have tingling,numbness in your toes,hands or left arm go to a doctor. Signs of a heart attack coming on. I overexercise myself all the time by just getting up and deciding to ride 3 counties away to the next state and have similar issues. I just don't take deep breaths, nice shallow short breaths and just chill till it passes. But, each persons heart is different...
