I still cannot decide where to put my next tattoo. I was really considering my foot, but that's gonna hurt like a mother fucker, and it's not a real simple design. It's not too difficult either, but it's still a little more than I would like on my foot, pain wise. I have considred the back of my neck, but that would require me to wear my hair down for work every day, which is suckish. I thought briefly about a trap stamp, but since I generally don't show my lower back, it would really be only for my husband's enjoyment, which is fine because this tattoo has such personal meaning for the two of us. I also considered shoulder blade, but I already have one in the center of my upper back, and I don't want to worry about it looking odd being out of balance, in case I don't get another on the other shoulder blade/not having one similar on the other shoulder blade. I don't want anything on my arms, hips, ribs, or below the knee on my leg. I half thought about my outer thigh, but that's still IDK HELP! Suggestions?

All I have to say about thigh is that it doesn't hurt NEAR as much as you would expect. I have one on the outside of my left thigh, and it was a breeze. But yeah, you seem to be running out of possible locations with all of the qualifications you have there.
I would do more around the side of my thigh, not inner. I've heard they aren't that bad, and pain really isn't an issue except thinking about my feet. I have to keep it limited to no arms because of work, and I find them masculine... I also have to do no lower legs because of my future job possibilities.
