I use iTunes just because it's what I've been using and I like the layout and all that. I use an iPhone as well, so it's just easier.

How easy is it for you to use Winamp with your iPhone?
Yeah, I know, Apple love to make their shit as INcompatible as possible, but IMO it's worth not having to put up with shitty iTunes all the time.
What is it about iTunes that annoys you?

Sorry, I wasn't asking that to be a smartass, I was legit curious as to whether it was easy to use the two in tandem or not haha. By your response though, I'm guessing it's not very easy.

Oh, okay  Basically, I have to open my Winamp playlist (m3u - a format easily and accurately interpreted by a wide range of media players... except iTunes) in a text editor, convert all the file paths to Mac-friendly paths, then import it into iTunes before I can finally sync it. Apparently it's easier if you jailbreak it, but I don't really fancy the bugs etc that are likely to come from that.

Ugh that sounds like way more hassle than it's worth  I was hoping it'd be easy enough that I'd be able to switch programs but I guess I couldn't anyway because I have iTunes Match.

I use VLC and Windows Media Player.. VLC is nice because it's small, simple, fast, and compatible with practically every audio and video format
