I been having constant lower adominal cramps (like period like) for a couple months now. I went to the doctor got tested for std's,I'm clean. Also got an ultrasound done and that was fine. I did have a yeast infection but I already treated that. I still have these cramps mostly on my lower left side adominal. It will go away for a bit but it always comes back. It also causes my upper legs to cramp too.mits soo uncomfortablem its not menstrual because I constantly have them. Doctor doesn't seem to be concerned ..what should I do? Its getting super annoying. Oh and I am not pregnant, also took a test at the doctors.

Not to be flip, but if the doctor doesn't seem concerned, find another doctor.

It's probably your bowels. Change your diet to eat a lot of fiber for a couple days and if that doesn't help go get test for Crohn's Disease and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. See if that could be a possibility.
