Yes people with mental illness or even low functioning mentality know how to love too , I know two couple with learning disabilities have lived together for years and they meant at the local Eat n Park where they both work

No. I couldn't form that attachment with someone who didn't possess the intellect of an adult. Wouldn't have sex with them either. Would feel wrong.
