It's literally all down hill from here.    No more college parties, no more random road trips in the middle of the night, no more skipping class just because I don't feel like going, no more student discounts on everything....just....wake up, go to work, come home, watch TV, and go to bed...for the next 70 years.

but it doesn't sound like you like your job that much though if that's how you're picturing it. you still have the weekends and could take time off work for impromptu trips, but you also have to grow out of the college mindset and understand that some things come with being grown up.

a 9-5 job doesn't have to ruin your life.

Also, it's not that bad. Don't you get like 2 weeks vacation time too? And that extra money will soothe your lost time hurts.

I've done 9-6 and it's not that bad. And I work in a very  physically exhausting job.
