Think of it as you like this person, but you know there in a relationship, would you go along with the sexual acts and the hanging out, or would you cut it off?

I would not entertain them at all. I wouldn't want to be involved with them. if this is how they are behaving whilst in a relationship with someone else, then they probably would do the same to you if the tables were turned.

If the other partner knows about it and is ok with it, then I would stay with it, otherwise I would insist the other partner know or break it off.
