i requested to get 30 dollars from my bank account to my paypal account. the last time i checked i had around 90 dollars in my bank account.  the 30 dollars is "processing" but not yet cleared. i tried to buy something and it declined, pretty much saying that there wasnt enough in my bank account.

when 30 dollars is processing on paypal, will it not let me spend the 30 dollars even though it hasnt processed yet?  i really dont remember spending any money so i dont understand why there wasnt enough in my account.
