you know what happens when the rich and big corporations are given tax breaks as an 'incentive' to create jobs? nothing, that's what. NO jobs, instead that money goes to increase the profit margin.

At the very least, people with too much money to just plop in a savings or checking account facilitate jobs by sustaining the businesses that create those jobs.  I know I can't start a bar or accounting firm or restaurant without investments and loans provided by wealthy individuals.  And if I could, well golly gee that would make me wealthy and a job creator.  

Yeah, nobody here is arguing that crony capitalism is good.  It sucks, and it's what happens when the government meddles.
