I found them through discourse yesterday where the idea that blacks were on the Democrat Plantation were brought up. The idea that the black vote goes to the D's at 95% rates causes two problems: Their votes are assumed so their interests are ignored by the D's and they don't represent enough R's to have any influence there. They work, they are taxed, they are made promises to, and the politically ignored.
