look into it. http://www.tintcenter.com/laws/FL/ Tint is measured by VLT, that's visible light transmission.. (think of it as how much light passes through. a 50% VLT means half the light would come through as a clear piece of glass, so 28% is 28% of light.) In Florida as of 2012, you can have down to 28% percent VLT tint on the front two (driver/passenger) windows, and down to 15% percent VLT on the rear (rear doors if a two door, or side windows if coupe and rear windshield) For an idea, I have 30% VLT on my car. Long as it's legal, they can't do shit. I can tell you it was 89° today, and I ran my A/C about 1/3 as hard as I would've before without the tint alone. Car works a lot less to keep the inside cool with it.
