My friend and I Traded My Ipod(classic Gen 6, 80GB) and a Copy of MW3 for the ps3. In Return He gave me an xbox 360 elite with 120 GB hard drive, 1 controller that shuts off and on as it pleases, and a Broken copy of Mw2 for the 360. All the wires include(AV Wire and adapter). This trade was done over 2 months ago. He claims that the copy of MW3 doesn't work, and hasn't worked since Day1. But the 2 days before we mad the full trade, I spent Beating the using that disk to make sure everything was ok. I even played online with it. So to say that it hasn't worked from the get go is kind of ridiculous. And He first started complaining about it 2 weeks after we made the trade. But now he says he wants my copy of MW3 that. Should i give him my copy or should I just tell no trade back no added stuff?

I think you should never do that stuff with good friends. that you care about.
Just give him the copy. If it's not working for you then why should it matter to him.
If you want to keep your friend on good terms with you then give it to him. If you want to make a point and feel you don't care about him anymore then who cares.

the controller that turns off...replace the battery pack the pins are worn thats most likely why it does it...
