We should all use pictures, they being worth 1000 words, then we would accomplish both jargon and brevity. It would also allow for faster processing of information, igatar faster thinking.

What is the word count any way? Thrity words or so I geuss. Well see it does weed out one-liners, then again the best movies ever were nothing but one-liners, Indiana Jones for example. I do ever so love Harrison Ford.

why because if you didnt have the word count all posts would end up really really short and would not contribute to the topic at hand

That doesn't happen in forums without an entrance test and word limit, so why would it be true in this one?

i agree. for those of us who can express our thoughts into shorter sentences, it's annoying to see the whole "As a certified LiveWire Intellectual you are indubitably capable of composing a more verbose post!" crap whenever we try to add a reply. it ends up making us add pointless crap to our entries like this.

My fellow livewirian, I share thou pain.

Therefore, I say unto thee, I concur to your rather large, long-winded post.

Good day to all.

Oh, woe is me. My post is not quite verbose enough to suit the needs of livewire.

Therefore, I shall babble on about the fact, the the new i-Pod Video, which I am currently an owner of, as of exactly one hour ago, is in fact, the most wonderfully amazing thing I have ever met. I reccomend it unto all of you.

I beleive I have babbled enough, and I can quite confidently assure that my post is now verbose enough to meed the common intellectuals' standards.

Good day, once again.

I couldn't agree more. There are certain topics that don't require such a large amount of words and it's frustrating to have to add so many words to my posts.
