Lot of parents these days are dolling up their girls at younger and younger ages with more and more make up.  The thing is that in many cases this make up has estrogen in it, and if a girl is introduced with enough estrogen, then it can spark off puberty.

Younger and younger girls are starting to look more and more like older girls.  You can find girls in middle school with full figures, and it is pretty disgusting.  Then again with puberty starting earlier and earlier, you start finding girls having sex younger and younger.

I think children should be allowed to be children.  A 12 year old girl shouldn't be wearing make up and having sex with guys.

But, in reality, that is what's happening.  Kids are just growing up way to fast, having sex when they're not ready and messing up their lives.

Liberal media is forcing a lot of these problems on us.  They expect 12 or 13 year old girls to be all dolled up and workin theirselves for everything that they have.

Then again lot of the generation that is getting dolled up at the age of 5 and 6 have parents that aren't much older than me.  This is what happens when a hoe that got knocked up at 16 or so has their kids entering elementry school.  The only image of a female that they know is that of a slut, thus that is the image they press onto their little girls.

It's interesting -- the average age for the onset of puberty has been steadily (if slowly) decreasing, in the past decade or so, and nobody's quite sure why. There are too many potential causes.

Huh, I never knew that some kinds of make-up has estrogen in it.

It never ceases to sicken me the way things are promoted to young girls. Those fucking Bratz dolls need to stop being made - what are parents thinking buying their young daughters dolls that dress like sluts? Don't they think these girls are going to pick up the example set by the dolls with the big heads, cutesy eyes, and harlot wardrobe? Then they wonder why girls are getting knocked up at the age of 12 these days. Most of these girls don't see sex as being an emotional experience shared with a special person - they see it as a harmless thrill that makes them more mature.

But, alas, so is the plight of our sad society.

I blame the cow and pig hormones that make animals produce more milk or grow faster.

That is quite possbly one of the most horrific things that I have ever heard in my entire life. Man was not meant to play God. I have no problem with injecting estrogen in people with say, a genetic disease, that want to become more "normal". But I do have a problem with injecting a kid (including a young teenager) with it just so that they can achieve puberty faster. That's one of those ethical issues. What has our society come to?

A good family friend of mine was born with a condition that made her show the first signs of puberty at the age of six. It's not her fault that she got this disorder. She was taken in for treatment, and regularly took hormones that postponed puberty until she was thirteen. When she went off the drugs, the puberty came right back.

I agree... why can't we all sit back and let nature take its course? Drugs are meant to save lives, not enhance growth and what else.

I blame the parents.  I mean think about it, if parents do not know how to control a child and limit there make up and educate them properly on sex, drugs, puberty, and how much make up they have then maybe they shouldn't be parents.  But it is not anyones place to step in and say "hey you can't have a kid because you wont be able to raise it right." All people can do is make sure they raise there kid the right way and hope there child will be able to be a good influence on other kids, and hopefully it wont have many bad influences.

And we shouldn't just be talking about young girls here.  What about the guys that go out and have sex with as many girls as they can?  That wear pants down to there knees in sixth grade?  I mean in high school it isn't bad but in elelmentary school they shouldn't be wearing that.

Great job at not talking about the issue of estrogen conflicting with a young females development.  I mean it must have taken a lot of time and effort to completly dodge the subject.

In what states is this practice predominant in? What are the biochemical consequences of using these injections -besides arriving at puberty early?

To dodge the subject there would've had to have been a specific topic in the first place. But one was not specified. However if it's a discussion on the affect of estrogen on the development of young girls that you want, then a discussion on it you shall receive.
