I lost somebody to suicide before. It's very very dfifficult to deal with. The best way to cope is to talk about it, talk about him, talk about your memories and how bad you're feeling.

I'm so sorry. I just lost my ex bf/one of my best friends a month ago in a car crash, so though it's not the same thing, we both lost someone we cared deeply about. If you wanna talk about it, and talk about ways of dealing with it, then please don't be afraid to pm me or email me at crazyguitaristgirl@gmail.com .....but i guess right now realize that, it's okay to cry. It's okay to talk about it, those things help a lot, but it's really IMPORTANT to learn something from his death and to someday help other people learn from it.
I won't lie, this kind of thing hurts, and it's going to keep hurting for a long time, but talking about it and spending time with your friends helps...you guys gotta help eachother out during this time....I'll be praying for Jake, his family, and friends(including you), again I'm so sorry about his death. ~Rachel
