I answered an ehelp tonight from a guest, and got written feedback (yay!) but it asked a followup question. I don't think I can reply in any way though, because it's from a guest so i can't PM then, and I've already replied to the eHelp once.

Is there anything I can do in that situation?

I guess adding a second reply to the eHelp system in response to the question would be the only way for you to continue to communicate to this guest, as they've not got an account on here it would seem.

Thats the thing I'd do though, although when I reply to Guests, I ask them to make an account if they want more help from me.
