Not trying to get involved in yours guys little argument, but this is true. My ex road horses everyday and it kept her fit. You try getting on a horse and just sitting there without holding yourself down, or tightening your leg muscles to keep you stable. If you don't have balance, don't even get on.

..ANYWAYS.. my favorite sport is Football.. I love playing it, whether it be in pads or on the street.. or baseball fields where me and my buddys play.

But I do fencing, so yeah.
