My back has been killing me for a couple days. I'm going to make an appointment to see a chiropractor soon. But until I do is there anything I can do to stretch my back or get it to pop.

lay on your side and bend the leg that is on top and keep the other straight. put your hand on your hip. push your hip forward but pull your shoulder back. It should pop and readjust your back.

yes. there are plenty of stretches that can do it. shouldn't be hard to find on google
