I always ask the question, why do you need a religion? Why not just make your own? I thinks it's important for a person to have a code to live by and hold true to that code for themselves. It's something that can help to set a person's moral compass and keep it pointing in the right direction. I also think it means more if you do it for yourself and not because someone else or a book told you to.

Screw religion, philosophy is where it's at.

I choose NO religion. I live by my own code. I set my own rules to live by.

I suppose you could say that for lack of a better word. I prefer to see myself as a being of this earth with an equal potential as any other person to have control of their own life.

But with that mentality your more prone to follow God than you are to lead yourself. When it comes down to the tough decisions, will you choose to pray and consult a book or will you follow your instincts and be true to yourself?

I will trust God.
In the bible it DOES say in all your ways acknowlige him, and he will direct your paths.

But what if the path directed by the bible is contradicted by your will? The bible demands self restraint and sacrifice in order to be true with God and that often leaves people with a moral dilemma to give up the things that make them unique. I have always seen happiness as the ultimate goal in life second to survival. If people are not allowed to live free and happy then what's the point in being a slave? Morality should be a code set by an individual to live by for themselves and to live harmoniously with others, it should not be imposed but rather taught and adapted as a person matures.

Then I will  ajust my will.
I know that God's way is better then my way because he has helped
Me and others before me have better lives then we would have without him.
He is not a tyrant,he's our hevenly father, who wants the best for us.
So eventualy we will be happyer  if we follow his ways.
