I want to lose weight, but, I can't afford to go to the gym. I know there's workouts you can do at home, but, do they work?
I want to lose around 15-20 pounds.
Any ideas?

If you don't have much chance to exercise, you really need to do something to drop your food intake. That'll be difficult because your body will do everything in its power to make sure that you feel starved if you cut so much as a hundred calories a day from your diet, but if you want to lose weight, you have to do that and keep it up forever. Eliminating soft drinks is a good place to start.

Otherwise, just going for a walk for an hour a day is a great way to get low intensity exercise, especially if you have a job where you sit on your ass all day.

You can search "home exercises without equipment" and check in images.
