Whenever i go in the menu to, say, apply a text effect, the window comes up but then animation shop freezes and i have to close the program. grrr... I've re-installed, but it still happens! This never use to happen up until recently.

Any idea what's causing it?

does that suports to your Computer performance? did u check that? i think that is the problem b coz it is  an animation software so it needs more VGA card performance . so check the system requirement.that does not works tell me ill  try  to tell u another solution.

Sorry i took so long to reply..

I'll check it... But it should do. I mean, i got this computer upgraded with a more up-to-date graphics card and more memory so if anything it should be better. But i'll check the system requirements.

and another thing is some softwares do not support drive 'C' it need to be installed in 'D' for an example '3Ds max'
it is a 3D animation/designing software.this must be installed in drive 'D' so that freezing problem came to me too. if some times that must work, read the system requirements.
