You know, of course, that Obama has criticized the Constitution as being a "charter of negative liberties"?

There is no provision in the Constitution that allows the government of the United States to force a citizen to buy a good or service. No matter how Obama wants to 'interpret' it.

Article 1, section 8 talks about declared wars, and nowhere in the Constitution does it talk about launching military raids, an act of war, into allied nations without either their consent or a war declaration.
