I'm a fraud analyst now, make good money and I like what I do, but I hate the company I work for/the team I'm on, so I'm looking to get out of it.

I would say get a degree that helps you get a job, not something that you really love. If you find something that satisfies both, then that's great, but if you don't...then at least get a worthwhile degree.

I already have my Bachelors.

I do like it.

I currently work in the financial industry, and plan to continue that work.

I absolutely love it! Much better than English, what I was before.

Once I graduate, I'll probably get my Master's at San Diego State, where I'm an undergrad now. After that, I'm planning to head to New York, teach film at NYU, become a film archivist at the Museum of the Moving Image, write reviews for the Times. If all else fails, I'll try writing for Broadway or return to California and go to Hollywood and try to get my screenplays sold. I have a screenplay now that I really want to get turned into a short film and I'm going to work on getting that done next year.

EDIT:  checking out the Museum of the Moving Image webpage right now, and I think summer going into my senior year I am going to intern there!  I may also intern at KPBS here at State this coming year.

I like it because
1-my school has one of the best programs in the nation.
2- the girl to guy ratio is ridiculously high :D

I dont plan on doing anything with the degree. I plan on having fun in my high girl:guy ratio'd department and then joining the US military and going through officer training school when i graduate.

my major is creative writing, also thinking about adding a political science minor.

i love it and couldn't imagine myself doing anything else.  

i am planning to be a writer. it is what i want to do, plain and simple. will probably start out submitting pieces to any publication that i can - magazines, blogs, literary journals and the like - and it will be a long time before i will make enough money to sustain myself on my writing alone. until then i will probably get something in publishing. oh, and i haven't ruled out teaching, either.
