I was playing MW3 and it stopped working.  Twice.

I was choosing my character on MK Wii and it stopped.

It did this when I tried Mario Party 8, so I assumed that it would do that for all my games.  This is the first time it's done this.  Should I be worried?  I'm just gonna let it rest until tomorrow but does anyone know what could be the problem?

Try a game stored on the machine rather than on a disk. If it still crashes, check the temperature after it crashes, maybe open it up and clean it out, then let it cool and try again. If it still crashes... can you still RMA it?
