I was just sitting at a table with my friends for a meal and I was swaying my knees side to side and suddenly it felt like my knee just dislocated and I couldn't move it back straight without it hurting, it wasn't a all mighty pain but it was enough for me to say 'ahhhhh' so I put it straight and it popped straight into position. It's happened before, I don't know if it 'dislocated' or what. Can someone help with what happening with my knee ?

A doctor would probably be able to evaluate that much better.

Hmmmm my boyfriend wrestled and developed knee problems, and that happened to him the other day. I had to help him "put it back into socket." But he expects it.. if you don't, you should probably see a doc if it happens again.

you need to see a bone and joint specialist.......and don't do anything to make it pop out again....just to be safe don't jump off steps or a back of a truck or anything.....i cracked my miniscus (the cushion pad between the knee joints). i was riding on the pegs on my quad....then i jumped off the back of a truck when i heard a crunch sound.....my knee....was swollen the next day and for a week.....i'm ok now.....to continued.....
