We have exams at the moment and I've asked her a couple of times to keep it down but she says she's just sitting at her desk and each time I've asked it's gotten worse. I've emailed the warden who sent a subwarden round to talk to everyone because a few of the boys downstairs were really loud the other night and woke a few people up and then I had the issue with the girl above me. It's still getting worse.

I have an exam at 2pm today and this girl was banging around late last night so I called the duty warden who came over to see what he could do. Once he left it carried on. I fell asleep at 3am. Then the noise started at 7.30 this morning so I got like 4 and a half hours sleep and I'm about to go into a two hour exam.

I can't live like this. Please help.

you can get a job and save up for your own studio or something. a cheaper alternative would be noise cancelling headphones. you could try talking to the person politely, but you will most likely be met with hostility.
